DARIO is an insulating to-go drink container with an integrated insulin holder at the bottom for the temperature-controlled and shock-protected storage of insulin. DARIO operates completely autonomously, is ready to use immediately, easy to clean, offers medication protection through cushioning in the holding compartment, and indicates when it's time to change the liquid with its thermochromic surface.
Not everyone has a refrigerator in their handbag, but everyone has access to chilled drinks or water! If the diabetic chooses a sugary drink, they also have their "emergency carbohydrate" with them, which can save their life in case of hypoglycemia.
