SEBSON is a German singer-songwriter who released his debut song "Hundred Years Ago" in 2022. The song is a critical examination of the history and present of wars in the world and an appeal to humanity and reason. Unlike a typical radio song, the theme of this song is not very popular or commercial but rather politically and socially critical, packaged in a reflective ballad with an acoustic guitar and a string quartet.
In close collaboration with the artist, I accompanied the creative process of this great song from the initial idea, through the development of the logo, to the production and release of the video.
The logo of the artist SEBSON is a stylized "S" representing a snake. The snake is a symbol of wisdom, renewal, and change. It can also be interpreted as a sign of peace and harmony, as it does not engage in conflicts but withdraws or defends itself when threatened. The song "Hundred Years Ago" is a critique of war and violence that still dominate the world. The singer urges people to remember their dreams and not to be manipulated by the powerful. He hopes for a better future where children no longer believe in war. SEBSON's logo aligns well with his musical message, expressing wisdom, peace, and change.
A project from 2022.
